Honestly, signing with Topstar Mgmt was the best decision I’ve made since starting my page. Before I found them, I was getting so burnt out trying to juggle shooting, running all my promo, and answering DMs 24/7, but they stepped in and completely changed the game. Their chatters are incredible and sound exactly like me, so my subs still feel that authentic connection while my PPV sales have basically doubled. They took over the tedious marketing side of things and used their traffic strategies to get my subscriber count higher than I ever thought possible. They are super transparent about everything they do, and I never feel pressured to make content I'm not totally comfortable with.

Vic has been so helpful from the start. My account had been struggling and i wasn't making much money, but after working with him, I've started gaining new subs and seeing my earnings grow. He also provides content ideas and a posting schedule, which makes everything so much easier, especially when I'm busy and don't have time to figure out what to post next. i joined Topstar a few months ago after struggling with doing everything myself. they are so easy to work with and helped me with the back end so i can concentrate on making content. i would only say they have high expectation so if you are thinking about applying you will be expected to be a full time content creator, making reels, IG posts etc. they are very particular about working with creators who takes their job seriously. Vic and his team helped me find my right niche and i work with the team very closely and communicate with them almost on a daily. if you are serious about becoming an OF creator then i would highly recommend TopStar

Vic's agency has genuinely changed the way I think about the industry and completely transformed my account and earnings! Before TopStar I was hesitant to work with agencies since so many overpromise and fail to be transparent. My account was severely underperforming and I was overwhelmed trying to figure out how to grow, but Vic turned that around entirely. He's easy to work with, available around the clock, and the content schedule is simple to follow. I'm still with the agency and have zero plans to leave. Vic changed my life! Before TopStar I was stuck with agencies that barely spoke English and overpromised on everything, especially around account access and money. With Vic it's simple: I follow the content schedule (which is easy) and just keep him in the loop instead of going rogue (sorry about that, ha!). I'm still working with him and honestly wish my friends could too, but they can't get past TopStar's screening!
