1. Traffic. This is priority number one. If you know how to bring subscribers (social media, media buying, your own platforms, traffic marketplaces), we offer generous terms and a large pool of accounts to send that traffic to. Payment format is open for discussion: revenue share, a fixed rate, or a mix of both.

2. Scouts and partners who bring creators. We work both on one-off deals and on a long-term basis with payouts from turnover.

3. Strong specialists and future leaders. We are constantly launching new formats, platforms and business models. There is a clear path inside the company: from specialist to senior management, up to running your own division in partnership with us.

4. Creators. We look for profiles with the potential to reach the top 1% on OnlyFans and beyond. We work best with models who are starting out or have no prior experience. Established stars looking for a personal producer and seven-figure promises are not our profile.

STRAIGHT TALK ABOUT THE NUMBERS

We offer steady work and a clear take-home income of $1,000 to $5,000 per month for the model. That is a real figure, not a promise. Two formats are possible: revenue share, or fixed pay if predictability matters to you.

If you are counting on hundreds of thousands of dollars and looking for a production studio that will run you as a separate major project, we are not the right fit. We work at scale and on proven processes, not on hands-on producing of a single star.
