How pay works
Four structures cover most offers on this board:
- Hourly. A fixed rate for every hour of your shift. The most predictable option, and common for new chatters and assistants.
- Base plus commission. A lower hourly base plus a percentage of the sales you make. Common for chatters once they have some results.
- Commission only. A percentage of sales with no base. It pays well on busy accounts and badly on quiet ones, so ask how much the account sells before you agree.
- Monthly salary. Usual for managers, team leads and full-time operations roles, sometimes with a revenue share on top.
Before you accept an offer, ask three questions: what the percentage is calculated on (gross sales, net after the platform fee, or net after refunds), how often and by which method you are paid, and whether the trial shift is paid.

Red flags in OnlyFans job offers
- Any payment to start: training, registration, a deposit or a "starter kit". Real agencies do not charge candidates.
- Requests for ID documents, bank details or passwords before an interview or a written offer.
- Pay described as "unlimited earning potential" with no rate or percentage.
- An agency that will not give its name, or a name that does not match its website.
- Requests to use your own OnlyFans, Instagram or TikTok accounts for the agency's work.
