I worked for Exclusive Model Collective for about two weeks as a chatter and put a lot of effort into the job. Everything seemed fine and I was doing really well, but then I was suddenly blocked without any explanation. I never received payment for the work I had already completed, and after that I couldn’t reach anyone from the agency anymore. Really disappointing experience

I've been with Eros for a few years now and honestly they've made this whole thing way easier than I expected. Yes, I earn a lot more now, but every agency is going to tell you that. So here's what actually made the difference for me: they don't do a one-size-fits-all thing. They looked at who I am and built the marketing around that instead of running me through the same template as everyone else. And communication. Any question I have gets answered, and they get back to me quickly, which was NOT my experience elsewhere. I never thought I'd find a company I could work with this easily. There's a video testimonial from me on their site if you want to hear me say all this out loud. Highly recommend them.

Wenn ich ehrlich bin, habe ich bisher wirklich nur gute Erfahrungen mit Sultra Studio gemacht. Bilder oder genauere Zahlen möchte ich hier nicht posten, weil ich aktuell noch mit ihnen zusammenarbeite und auch vorhabe, langfristig bei ihnen zu bleiben. Was ich besonders gut finde, ist, dass sie nicht jedes Model in dasselbe System drücken. Es gibt im Grunde drei verschiedene Möglichkeiten: Entweder ein Fixgehalt, bei dem man selbst nahezu nichts machen muss und vieles über AI umgesetzt wird. Dann gibt es eine prozentuale Zusammenarbeit, bei der man hauptsächlich nach fertigen Content-Plänen produziert oder teilweise auch komplett mit KI-Content arbeitet – gerade für schüchterne Personen meiner Meinung nach eine sehr gute Lösung. Und natürlich gibt es auch das klassische Management-Modell mit Revenue Split und echtem Content. Die genauen Prozente unterscheiden sich natürlich je nachdem, ob man bereits Erfahrung, Reichweite oder bestehenden Revenue mitbringt. Für mich persönlich hat sich dadurch extrem viel verändert und ich konnte mir Dinge ermöglichen, von denen ich vorher nur geträumt habe. Sultra Studio hat mich sogar bei meinem Schritt nach Zypern unterstützt und mir bei der Anmeldung beziehungsweise Organisation geholfen. Die Jungs hinter der Agentur sind noch jung, aber wissen definitiv, was sie tun. Gleichzeitig habe ich nie das Gefühl, einfach nur irgendein Account oder eine Nummer zu sein. Ich werde wirklich sehr gut behandelt und ehrlich gesagt teilweise wie eine Prinzessin. 😅 Ich kann deshalb bisher wirklich nur Positives sagen. Das war das Traffic-Ergebnis nach 5 Tagen.... Das war nur der eine Kanal also wirklich mit so vielen Agenturen zusammengearbeitet und immer Enttäuscht.. Hier werde ich so lange bleiben solange sie existieren.

AT Agency is a great team to work with, but you need to be willing to take your page seriously. They provide the strategy, organization and support, but they also expect consistency from their creators. It isn’t a situation where you do nothing and suddenly become successful.
