Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TopAgencies.com and its services (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can use the site

• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for making sure that using the site is legal where you live. Access from places where it is prohibited is at your own risk.

2. An independent directory

• TopAgencies is an independent directory and review site about agencies, software and platforms in the creator economy.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue or any other creator platform. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the services listed here.
• We don't represent creators, agencies or job candidates, and we are not a party to any agreement between them.

3. Free to use

• Reading the site, creating an account, writing reviews, adding and managing a listing, verification, posting jobs and applying for jobs are free.
• We don't sell ranking positions, reviews, ratings, verification or editorial coverage.
• Some placements are sponsored. They are marked as sponsored and have no effect on rankings, ratings, reviews or verification.
• If we ever add optional paid features, their price and terms will be shown before you use them.

4. Information, not advice

• Everything on the site is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, career or business advice.
• Rankings, scores, ratings, estimates and research reflect our methodology and the data available when they were calculated. They can change at any time and are not a guarantee of any agency's quality, results, earnings or conduct.
• Traffic figures, domain data and similar estimates come from third-party providers and may be inaccurate.
• Check any agency, employer or tool yourself before you sign anything, pay or share personal information. Decisions you make based on the site are your own.

5. Content from users and third parties

• Listings, reviews, replies, photos, job posts and other materials are provided by agencies, listing owners, users and public sources. They belong to, and are the responsibility of, the people and businesses that publish them.
• We don't check this content in advance and don't guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current or lawful.
• Some information is collected from public sources, such as agency websites, public profiles and public review platforms.
• If you believe something on the site is wrong or unlawful, write to us and we will review it.

6. Your account

• You sign in through a single sign-on account. Keep your login secure: you are responsible for everything done under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may refuse service to anyone.

7. Listings and listing owners

• Add or manage a listing only if you represent that business and have the right to publish its information.
• Keep the information accurate and up to date. Edits may be reviewed by an editor before they go live.
• A listing added by our editors can be claimed by confirming access to the business's public contact email.
• We may edit listings for format and clarity, and hide or remove a listing that is inaccurate, inactive or breaks these terms.
• An owner can be given access for other members of their team. The owner is responsible for what those people do with the listing.

8. Verified listings

• Verification is free and optional. It confirms that the owner controls the listing and the website behind it.
• To verify, place a visible link to TopAgencies on a page of your website and run the check in your cabinet. Any link counts, including links marked rel="nofollow", rel="sponsored" or rel="ugc". We don't require links that pass search ranking credit; the link attributes are your choice.
• If you can't add a link, write to us and the TopAgencies team will confirm ownership another way.
• Verification adds no points to a listing's score. It is not a paid placement, an endorsement or a recommendation; when two listings have an equal score, the verified one is shown first.
• We re-check the link automatically. Verification expires when the link is missing on three weekly checks in a row, and we may remove it if the link is hidden or misleading, or the listing breaks these terms.
• You may use our badges only as provided, without changing them or suggesting an endorsement they don't state.

9. Reviews

• Write only about your own, real experience. Don't review a business you own, work for or compete with, and don't write or remove reviews in exchange for payment, gifts or other benefits.
• One review per person per business. Don't post insults, other people's personal data, or claims you can't support.
• New reviews are visible at once and count toward the rating after a three-day hold. During the hold an editor can approve a review early or mark it as fake. Confirmed fake reviews are labelled and excluded from the rating.
• Listing owners can reply to reviews. We don't remove reviews just because they are negative.

10. Job posts and applications

• Agencies that are live and verified on TopAgencies can post jobs for free.
• Post only real, current openings for staff roles, with accurate pay and working conditions. Posts that recruit models or creators, ask candidates to pay for anything, or use explicit language are not allowed.
• We may hold a post for review, edit or reject it, and remove posts that expire, get reported or break these terms.
• TopAgencies is not an employer, recruiter or agent, and doesn't guarantee that a job is filled or that an application succeeds. The agency that posts a job is responsible for the job, for hiring and for complying with employment and other laws.
• A job application goes only to the agency that posted the job. The agency may use it only to consider the candidate for that job and must handle the candidate's data lawfully.

11. Requests to agencies

• When you send a request to an agency through the site, we pass your message and contact details to that agency. Some requests are reviewed by an editor before they are forwarded.
• Anything that happens after that is between you and the agency.

12. What is not allowed

• Breaking the law or helping others break it
• Sexually explicit material, anything involving people under 18, and anything that promotes sexual services, exploitation or trafficking
• Impersonating anyone or misrepresenting your connection to a business
• Fake reviews, listings or jobs, and any attempt to manipulate rankings, ratings or votes
• Spam, scams, phishing and malware
• Collecting other users' personal data
• Scraping, crawling or bulk copying of listings, reviews, rankings or research without our written permission
• Interfering with the site, its security or other people's use of it

13. Our content and yours

• The site, its design, rankings, research and editorial texts belong to TopAgencies. You may quote short parts with a link to the source page; any other use needs our written permission.
• You keep the rights to what you publish. By publishing it on the site, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, format, translate and share it on the site and in our communications for as long as it stays on the site, and to keep copies in backups and records after that.
• You confirm that you have the rights to what you publish and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

14. Moderation and removal

• We may review, edit, hide or remove any content, and suspend any account or listing, when we believe it breaks these terms or the law, or to protect users and the site. We may do this without prior notice.
• To report something, use the report buttons on the site or write to us.

15. Third-party sites

The site links to websites and services we don't control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.

16. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The site may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TopAgencies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or harm to reputation arising from the site or its content, including decisions made on the basis of rankings, reviews, listings or job posts. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Your responsibility

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from content you publish or from your breach of these terms.

19. Changes

We may change the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
