I sent the team a list of questions for this review: 1. What percentage of the earnings goes to the model? 2. How and when do payouts happen? 3. How long is the contract, and how does a model exit it? 4. Is there a penalty for ending the contract early? 5. Who owns the content - the model or the agency? 6. Does the model keep access to her own account the whole time? 7. If a model's content leaks to other sites, what do you do? 8. Can you show real numbers - actual earnings from models you work with? 9. If a shoot needs a photographer or wardrobe, who covers that cost? 10. Once the contract ends, do all logins and rights go back to the model? They answered all of them in detail (their replies are in the screenshot below), and they were friendly throughout. No dodging, no vague answers, which counts for a lot in this space.

  1. Check what the commission is charged on. A 40% fee on net revenue after platform fees is a different deal from 40% on gross; reviews that mention numbers are worth more than ones that mention feelings.
  2. Weigh verified-client reviews first. The owner confirmed those people worked with the agency; the badge is granted by the agency, not by us, so read the text anyway.
  3. Read the owner's reply. A specific answer to a bad review (what happened, what changed) tells you more about the agency than five short five-star reviews.
  4. Look at the dates. A burst of praise in one week usually means a campaign, not a trend; steady reviews over months are the useful signal.
