I've been with Eros for a few years now and honestly they've made this whole thing way easier than I expected. Yes, I earn a lot more now, but every agency is going to tell you that. So here's what actually made the difference for me: they don't do a one-size-fits-all thing. They looked at who I am and built the marketing around that instead of running me through the same template as everyone else. And communication. Any question I have gets answered, and they get back to me quickly, which was NOT my experience elsewhere. I never thought I'd find a company I could work with this easily.
