CreatorXone requires its desktop app for chats, statistics and sessions. It documents human-operated OnlyFans and Fansly chatting with scripts and fan notes, alongside team permissions, shifts, salary calculations and earnings analytics. ManyVids is supported, but the reviewed feature page does not establish equivalent chatting or AI functionality there. Billing is per creator per active day, with unlimited employees and no seat fees; AI reply suggestions, translation and fan summaries cost extra.

What counts as a billable active day?
CreatorXone counts a team-assignment day and/or a statistics day as active. Logging in, opening a session or chatting alone does not trigger billing. There is no 30-day monthly cap.
What is charged when the trial converts?
The help center describes a €29 conversion deposit after the 14-day trial, credited on the next statement. Trial days are not billed as creator usage. Adding a card after expiry can immediately charge an unpaid conversion statement.
How is optional AI billed?
Standard costs €15/month including 4 million tokens; Pro costs €29/month including 12 million. CreatorXone prorates the monthly fee by dividing it by 30 for each enabled day. Additional usage costs €4 per million tokens, with no hard cutoff.
Does AI send messages automatically?
No. CreatorXone documents suggested replies, translation and fan summaries, with staff controlling sending. Chat Guard warns about drafts but does not block sending.
Can archived accounts still generate charges?
Archiving stops ordinary billing while an account remains archived. Restoring it and fetching historical statistics can make those earlier days billable within an open billing period.
