Zero customer protection
There's almost zero customer protection. If a creator decides they don't want to provide the experience they agreed to, tough luck, no refunds. I now have zero inclination to spend more money on the platform considering there are so many scam/agency accounts running around and…

2years and fully satisfied
This was my first and best choice. I was burned out chatting all day with zero marketing skills, and my page was barely growing. I even told my best friend I wanted to quit. The support team has been super helpful and always quick to respond. The 24/7 chat support made a big…

I have been unable to access videos from my creator in spite of paying £10 per month. Each video is greyed out and I am being asked to pay again. When I like look at my billing history it's empty even though I have been paying for sixteen months. There is nowhere to go on the…

THEY ROBBED ME. AND THEN ROBBED ME AGAIN
Deeply untrustworthy. I am an amateur artist and sometimes like to support artists on Youtube and learn stuff. So clicked on Patreon to support. Patreon decided that they would keepon unsubscribing me; I then had to resubscribe, paying one fee for re-subscribing and another fee…

This platform not transparent in costs
This platform is completely not transparent in what they bill or what is ready for next billing. No full specifications or the transaction. All billing related items are hidden on the web and not accessible in the app( my opinion: on purpose). Support is just a useless bot Jesse…

Won't remove a scam account.
Reported a common scam (account 'gdrf_rescue') several times, over a month ago. Patreon did nothing. I emailed them twice, and used the 'report' function twice.. scam still active.

Beware
There are multiple issues with OF: I suspect some creators on there are using content pilfered from other sites or even from former OF accounts. I notice some of the content looks like it's been resampled, meaning resolution is lower than normal. There is no way to post reviews…

a bunch of thieves
I had supported several 3d model creators for 3d printing, for quite a decent amount of money. I try to log into my account and get told it is suspended. I have not bought porn or any such thing through their site. Just 3d models for printing for roleplay purposes Their support…

Onlyfans now a haven for porn
OnlyFans should have a warning on their home page, to warn Users that they are likely to see pornographic material, and with a button-press required to force them to declare that they are over 18 before they are allowed to proceed. This is standard practice for most websites…

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I forgot to cancel membership and the moment I got charged I asked for refund. Creater hasnt even responded after 5 days. And patreon support gave me BS reason why they wouldnt refund. So its 100% up to creator to decide refund. Trash platform and website.

Good for scaling multiple models
Good for scaling multiple models, managing 20+ models on revshare, payout consistent week to week. Only grip is the dashboard could use better filtering when you're juggling that many accounts!

Terrible platform!
